Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using booknow.ng, flight.booknow.ng, tour.booknow.ng, or any related BookNow.NG service (together, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

BookNow.NG is an online travel platform that lets you search, compare and book:

• Hotels, apartments, resorts and guest houses across Nigeria.
• Domestic and international flights, via flight.booknow.ng.
• Tours and day-trip experiences, via tour.booknow.ng.
• Shortlet serviced apartments and Dubai & UK visa assistance.

BookNow.NG acts as an intermediary between you and the hotel, airline, tour operator or service provider you book with. The actual service is provided by that third party, subject to its own terms and policies.

BookNow.NG offers Dubai & UK visa assistance services, which consist of guidance, document review and support in preparing and submitting your visa application. In connection with this service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Visa approval, refusal, and processing time are determined solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy, consulate or government authority, and are entirely outside BookNow.NG's control.
• BookNow.NG does not guarantee that any visa application will be approved, processed within a particular timeframe, or result in any specific outcome.
• Service fees paid to BookNow.NG for visa assistance cover the assistance provided and are non-refundable regardless of the outcome of your application, except where otherwise stated in writing at the time of booking.
• Any government or embassy fees, biometrics fees, or third-party charges are separate from our service fee and are subject to that authority's own refund policy.

Some features require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or make a booking on the Platform. By creating an account or making a booking, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract with us.

Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and may also be shown in USD, GBP or EUR for reference. Payments are processed securely through Paystack. A booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully verified and you receive a confirmation voucher or email.

You are responsible for reviewing your booking details (dates, guest names, and destination) before completing payment, as some rates and rooms are non-refundable.

Personal data you provide for bookings and visa assistance, including passport details and payment information, is collected and processed in accordance with Nigeria's Data Protection Regulation (NDPR). See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use and safeguard your data.

Cancellation and refund terms vary by hotel, airline, tour operator and rate type, and are shown at checkout before you pay. Where "Free Cancellation" is indicated, you may cancel within the stated window at no charge. Outside that window, or for non-refundable rates, the provider's cancellation policy applies. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your card issuer or bank; refunds to bank transfers may take longer where the receiving bank introduces delays outside our control.

When using BookNow.NG, you agree not to:

• Provide false information when creating a booking or account.
• Use the Platform for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with the security or normal operation of the Platform.
• Copy, resell or redistribute content from the Platform without our written permission.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BookNow.NG, its officers, employees, partners and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected to: your breach of these Terms; your misuse of the Platform; any false or inaccurate information you provide in connection with a booking, account, or visa assistance application; or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

Hotels and property owners may apply to list on BookNow.NG via our partner registration form. Listing is subject to our verification process, and BookNow.NG reserves the right to accept, reject or remove any listing that does not meet our quality and safety standards. Commission terms are agreed separately with each partner.

Businesses and organizations may contact our Corporate Travel Desk for group bookings, staff travel management and negotiated rates. Separate terms may apply to corporate accounts and will be confirmed directly with your account manager.

All content on the Platform, including the BookNow.NG name, logo, text, graphics and software, is owned by or licensed to BookNow.NG and is protected under Nigerian and international intellectual property law. You may not use our branding or content without prior written consent.

BookNow.NG makes reasonable efforts to verify listings and partners, but we do not own or operate the hotels, airlines or tour operators featured on the Platform. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or service quality of these third parties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BookNow.NG's liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.

BookNow.NG will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including flight cancellations or delays, strikes or labor disputes, adverse weather, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, acts of government (including travel restrictions or visa policy changes), war, terrorism, or civil unrest. Where such an event affects your booking, any rebooking, credit or refund remains subject to the policies of the relevant airline, hotel, tour operator or other provider, and to applicable law.

The Platform may link to third-party websites and services, including flight.booknow.ng, tour.booknow.ng, Paystack, and individual hotel or airline websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of these third-party sites.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the service. You may stop using the Platform and close your account at any time by contacting support.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. These Terms are entered into with Zamxa Hotels Limited (RC 1488804), 2 Ezekiel Street, Ikeja. Any dispute arising from your use of the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any terms specific to a particular service, constitute the entire agreement between you and BookNow.NG regarding your use of the Platform, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our services or legal obligations. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date and version number, and continued use of the Platform means you accept the changes.
